My personal characteristics:
1. Patient- patient is needed when we take part in any organization or arrange a program. This is because in organization, we have to communicate with different kind of people. Some people might easy to cope with them and some people might have a problem. Therefore in here we have to be patient. In organizing the program, usually a program might slip a little from what we planned before. So we have to e patient and always have back up plant.

2. positive thinking- I always think at the bright side for what happen to me. If we gannot get what we want for a certain reasons. Try to eliminate the reasons and always think other way to make it. positive thinking is one of very important thought because it can make ourselves more happy and avoid from having stress.

3. Cooperative- I always easy to work with other people. This is because from that I can learn about people, mixing with them and build my soft skill.
